These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IndieShow (the "Service"), operated by Chemify OÜ. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
IndieShow lets you create a public page to showcase your projects at a personal URL. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Your Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you publish, and you are solely responsiblefor everything you upload, publish, or say on the Service and for your conduct. You, and not IndieShow or Chemify OÜ, are liable for your content and any consequences of it. You confirm you have the rights to use it and that it is not unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading. You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to run the Service.
4. Acceptable Use & Moderation
- No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive content or behavior.
- No infringement of others' intellectual property.
- No attempts to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We are not responsible for user content, but we actively monitor the Service and will remove harmful, illegal, or abusive content as soon as we become aware of it. We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with valid legal requests, and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chemify OÜ and IndieShow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chemify OÜ from any claims or damages arising out of your content or your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
